A dozen of Sahrawi activists have broken today at the Valencia-PSOE PSPV with intent to remain there "indefinitely" to protest "the silence of the Spanish Government, who have called to condemn" acts of city of Laayoune. This was expressed by the spokesman for the activists, Nadira Mohammed, who has demanded the government to recognize "the Saharawi Republic as a country." "This is an indefinite occupation until the socialist publicly speak out and denounce the criminal acts, and until we receive a response we will not leave this office," he added.
The protesters, with banners Saharan chanted slogans like "If this does not fix, war, war, war", and "killer Morocco, PSOE sponsors", and have painted the palms of the hands red.
Three representatives of the group have met during the morning with PSPV general secretary, Jorge Alart, and made sure that this "shall" to the Government condemning the violent dismantling Izik Agdaym camp.
The spokesperson for the activists, Nadira Mohamed has worked out that the "occupation" of the head office is to "principal" that the PSPV "requires the central Government and the PSOE in Spain to condemn the acts that have occurred in the camp and the killing of children in the occupied areas. " It has asked that "Spain to take responsibility in the conflict in Western Sahara" and "respect" the UN resolution 2002 on a peace process that gives solution to the conflict.
"They are three points that we demand that the socialist central government," Nadira Mohamed has said after the meeting with the leaders of PSPV, who have reminded the Sahrawi activist courts have condemned the events of Laayoune. Alart plans to give a press conference this afternoon that was already included in its agenda and activists hope that it relates to their requests. The group will continue in the seat until then and then decide "whether to continue or not" attitude.
