 Los Mossos han detenido al propietario de un prostíbulo de Sarrià y nueve prostitutas acusadas de drogar a sus clientes y aprovechar que estaban aturdidos por robarles. Además, la policía ha emitido dos órdenes de búsqueda y captura contra dos personas, a las que también se acusa de los delitos de estafa, robo con violencia y delitos contra la salud pública.
Nueve de las detenidas son mujeres que ejercían la prostitución y trabajaban de camareras. El único hombre arrestado es el propietario del local. Las mujeres tienen edades comprendidas entre los 24 y los 41 años y son de nacionalidad ecuatoriana, venezolana y colombiana. El detenido, de 51 años, es alemán.
La investigación comenzó a finales de diciembre de 2014 después de que los Mossos recibieran varias denuncias, muy similares, de clientes del prostíbulo mencionado de Sarrià. Las víctimas aseguraban que después de contratar un servicio y llegar a la habitación, empezaban a encontrarse mal y aturdidos. En algún caso incluso llegaron a perder el conocimiento. Estos síntomas comenzaban siempre después de haber tomado una copa.
Según las primeras investigaciones, las detenidas aprovechaban estos momentos de aturdimiento para robar el dinero a las víctimas. Además, utilizaban la tarjeta de crédito del cliente para cobrarle grandes cantidades de dinero con el datáfono del local. Posteriormente, dejaban los clientes fuera del local desorientados y sin dinero.
Los agentes solicitaron análisis a las víctimas, en la sangre de las cuales encontraron estupefacientes como benzodiacepinas, anfetaminas, cocaína y cristal (MDMA). Los clientes del club negaron que hubieran consumido por su cuenta.
El 3 de marzo se realizó una entrada y registro del local de ocio nocturno. De las 43 jóvenes que trabajaban en el local, 23 llevaban encima sustancias estupefacientes. También se recogieron imágenes de las grabaciones de las cámaras de seguridad del prostíbulo, donde aparecían las prostitutas entrando y saliendo de las habitaciones donde estaban los clientes aturdidos. También había imágenes de las jóvenes haciendo fuera del local los hombres que estaban bajo la influencia de las drogas.
Las víctimas identificaron varias de las prostitutas. Los Mossos han esclarecido y han presentado ante el juez once hechos delictivos perpetrados en este prostíbulo. Las detenidas pasaron a disposición judicial el 25 de marzo y el juez dictó la orden de prisión para dos.
