The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports, José Ignacio Wert, is meeting with the principals in a special University Council whose only agenda item is the debate on the Royal Decree of rationalization of public expenditure on education, which provides higher university fees and introduced changes in the full-time teachers, among other issues.
