The European Commission estimates that Spain will take up to seven years to redevelop its huge private debt. The quarterly report on the European economy ensures that the long period of deleveraging will have severe effects on economic activity: "A prolonged period of slow growth," says the study.

大きい窓が東側にあって、日の出の朝日が射し込むので、つい早起きしてしまう。朝の06:30ころには、
目が覚めてしまう。日の出が、部屋いっぱいに射し込むのは、素敵だ。ガラスが、壊れているので、
プラスチックの板で窓枠を覆っている。そのうち、新しいガラスに取り換えるつもり。天井にひびが入って、
雨漏りがするので、天井の平屋根に、雨漏れ防止のペンキを塗るつもり。水道は無いけど、隣の友人の家からから
ホースで、水道水を引いてくるつもり。ホースを60mくらい 買わなければいけない。きのうは、2000Lはいる
貯水槽の内部をそうじした。中に入った松のはのゴミや、こけや、ボウフラなどを掃除した。別の1000Lの
貯水槽も綺麗にしなければいけない。1日に水は、10Lから20L位は、使うので、合計3000Lの貯水槽では、
150日くらいは、持つかな?。洗濯にけっこう水を使うから、最低、3カ月くらいは、もつだろう。町外れの
小屋(小さな家)に空き家がけっこう多いのは、水を雨水に頼って、雨水をためて、使っているせいだ。
雨水だけでは、生活用水には、あんまり足りない。暮らしには、水は、一番重要だ。多くの山の村が廃村になるのは、水が枯れてしまうことも、原因がある。

Jerusalem. (EFE) .- The Likud Central Committee, training conservative Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, approved a resolution in favor of resuming construction in Jewish settlements in the West Bank next September. The decision was adopted by an overwhelming majority in anticipation of the Sept. 26 end of the ten month period set by the Israeli government by temporarily prohibiting building in the West Bank settlements with some exceptions.

Some 2,500 members of the committee were called to a meeting of Likud's central body which held this afternoon in Tel Aviv a special session in which was among the topics of the day "building in Judea and Samaria" (the name in the official discourse Israeli West Bank), as website details the right training.
However, according to local media, only a minority of conservative members attended the training call. Israeli parliament speaker, Reuven Rivlin, told the media during the meeting that he hoped that the decision is not considered a provocation, "as if the Likud was causing the whole world," he said.
It confirmed the traditional position of his party that "Jews can settle in all parts of the Land of Israel", a reference to territories including the West Bank and Jerusalem. "Regardless of the decision today, we pledge that we shall resume upon completion of construction moratorium," said Rivlin.
Israel occupied the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza in the Six Day War to shortly after annexing the territories, where Palestinians hope to establish a state. The Israeli Government declared the moratorium on building in Jewish settlements in the West Bank, following the demands of gestures required by the administration of U.S. President Barack Obama, to pave the way for negotiations with the Palestinians.
Palestinian National Authority (PNA) had suspended the process of peace with Israel following the Israeli military offensive in the Gaza Strip between December 2008 and January 2009, and conditioned any resumption of dialogue with Israel completely cease the expansion not only colonial but also in the West Bank in East Jerusalem, which aims to establish its capital.
Palestinians also rejected the Israeli lull as insufficient because it does not include the end of construction of public buildings or structures which had been grounded, and did not include Jerusalem. Some Likud members cited today by Israel's public radio ahead that Netanyahu did not need to attend the meeting of the Central Committee of his party and political significance downplayed his absence, although it supports the measure.
Israeli Prime Minister is scheduled to meet on 6 July in Washington with President Obama, after the last meeting in March masters was clear the political tension between the two caused by Israeli announcements of new settlements in East Jerusalem.
For now, it is unknown what impact that will have the support of the Likud to the resumption of construction in West Bank settlements in any governmental decisions, nor in the relations between Israel and the U.S.
